Subway Surfers is an endless runner video game. The game starts by tapping the touchscreen, while Jake (the game's starter character) or any other character sprays graffiti on a subway, and gets caught in the act by the inspector and his dog, who starts chasing the character.

When Vecna finally sees Chrissy face-to-face in a trance, the villain causes the teenager to levitate and breaks all her limbs, killing her in a brutal fashion. By murdering Chrissy, Vecna managed to have one of the four gates opened from the trailer of another high school student, the eccentric Eddie Munson.
Though she did not realize it, these episodes were the fault of Vecna preying on her trauma, and eventually led to Chrissy being killed by Vecna, leaving Jason devastated over her death and desperate to avenge her death.
